FORMAT - send text and images in separate files 

1.Text – PDF, Word File 

                        - Article: fewer than 1000 words 

                        - Personal Essay: fewer than 1000 words 

                        - Review: fewer than 750 words 

                        - Poetry: fewer than 750 words 

 

2. Images – JPG File 

                      - 1400 x 1400 pixels minimum; 3000 x 3000 pixels maximum 

                     - 72 - 300dpi (300dpi is the best) 

                     - Less than 25mb 

                     - RGB color scheme (not CMYK) 

 

3. Sound - MP3 or link to already embedded online (Sound Cloud, Youtube, etc) 

                 - Short information of the music or musician (less than 200 words)
